Jordan is an experienced consultant dedicated to helping government entities evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations and programs. He has an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and leverages his background as a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Project Management Professional (PMP) to provide organizations unique perspectives and expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to assess performance and solve problems. He has experience with a wide range of operational programs and projects, working with governmental entities in areas such as finance and accounting; planning and engineering; parks and recreation; law enforcement; fire and emergency services; human resources; procurement; information technology; health and human services; maintenance and operations; and capital project delivery.

His experience includes providing contracted internal audit and performance audit services; program assessments and performance evaluations; comprehensive risk assessments; organizational efficiency and effectiveness reviews; process improvement initiatives; and financial analysis/feasibility studies.
